That statue has only provided the bonus and regen boosts for donations.
Same with the Balthazaar Statue in the Falls.

Good job on the research, but don't name the thread world at peace because you made me think Anet took out the AOE patch. =)

@Sledge
You should read the according article. We've been down there with 5 US and 3 EU players. We did several test runs - like the guy that started this thread here. And we came to the same results. The good thing about Lornar is 3 things:
1) You can buy the moral boost before entering the UW.
2) You can enter the UW with a mixed group from an international district.
3) The change of the favor doesn't affect you as soon as you leave the outpost.

Angus,
You linked a page referencing the picture, and not a page referencing the article, as your proof of that your group was the first to do it.
I simply stated that your picture shows only the fact that you can enter with bonus. Whether it is evidence of being the first group to ever do it... that's wholly debatable by other more elite peoples, including the drok runners that began within weeks after public release.
Lastly, while it might not be news to yourself and your colleagues, the reaction from many in this thread indicates that this was still new information to some. Whether or not this thread gets archived as definitive proof of the status of the Lornar's temple is up to fate and the decisions of the community.
In any case, I'm still looking forward to adventuring with mixed groups.
